How do you ship packages?
Packages will be shipped depending on the weight and size of the product. There are warehouses located in China, Spain, Russia and USA where goods will be dispatched.
What about customs clearance and other fees?
The parcels may have customs fees or Post service fees when they arrive at the destination country and that it is the recipient’s responsibility to pay for the customs fees or Post service fees.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. It is also affected by pubic holidays, and by Customs clearance at destination country/region. Estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
You will receive an email once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on their system.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This is due to various locations where the manufacturers and warehouses are based.

Please make sure that your shipping address and contact phone are correct, and it is your responsibility to provide the recipient’s full name for customs clearance. Customers from Russian, Ukraine and Brazil, please provide full names for Customs clearance in your countries.
Other possible fees (such as Handling Fees) at destination countries:
Post Services from some countries may charge handling fees. These fees shall be paid by the recipient. We are aware that Brazil Post introduced such fees temporarily for all international parcels.
